Fear or Love?

The older I get the more I realize this is what every-yes, EVERY-choice boils down to. Fear or Love?

​Which reason are you choosing?

An easy example would be, staying in that dead end job you hate. You won't quit for fear you won't make your dream business a reality. Fear you won't find another job. Fear of being unable to pay those bills. Fear of ending up homeless, hopeless and alone. 

​That is a whole lot of fear and I get it. It's scary to go off on your own. It's scary to ask for that raise. Rejection is a great tool of fear.

What if we looked at it from a place of love?
What if you loved yourself so much that you believed in your dream business? What if that dream business was something that could help so many people? What if your loving family helped support you in case something didn't go as planned? 

How about that raise? Fear or Love? 
Fear of rejection or support the decision with love of yourself because you've been working 110% on that big project that drove up sales throughout the last year.

Going to that new yoga class solo? Fear or Love?
Fear of being all alone in a new place doing some crazy pretzel twist. Or love for your own body so much that it doesn't matter. Love for the personal growth of going on your own and hey, maybe meeting someone new.

Eating something healthy for lunch, love for my body (my temple!) or choosing fear of the orange goo we aren't sure if it's some kind of squash. Ha! Quite Literal... 

You get the idea. 

What if every decision we made, we stopped to think about it?
